Stalker / Ministra portal on a Samsung TV without a MAG box
Many providers deliver their service through a Stalker or Ministra portal, which is normally used with a MAG set-top box. Veyra Player connects to the same portal directly from your Samsung TV, so you do not need a separate box.

What you need
- The portal address from your provider, for example
http://portal.example.com - The MAC address your account is registered to
Step by step
- Open Veyra Player on the TV and activate it with the free trial or a licence.
- Scan the QR code on the activation screen, or open
veyraplayer.com/activateon your phone and enter the device code. - Enter the portal address. You do not need to add
/stalker_portal/c/at the end, Veyra Player finds the right path. - Choose which MAC your account uses: This TV’s MAC for a new account, or Another MAC if the account was created for a MAG box.
- Save. The address is checked right away and you see whether the account was found. The TV connects within 20 seconds.
Which MAC should I use?
For a new account, give your provider the MAC shown on the TV activation screen under “MAC for your provider”.
For an existing account from a MAG box, enter the MAC of that box. It usually starts with 00:1A:79.
If the portal does not accept the TV
- Account not found: the MAC is wrong. On the TV, open Settings → Portals, scan the QR code and correct the MAC.
- Account locked to another device: only your provider can reset the device lock. The phone page gives you a ready-made message to send them.
