1. What this app is
Veyra Player is a media player for Samsung Smart TV. It does not provide, host, sell or resell any TV channels, films, series or other content, and it comes with no content of its own.
2. Your own service
You connect the app to a service you already have from your own provider (a portal address, an Xtream account or a playlist). Everything you watch comes from that provider. The content, its legality, the rights to it, its quality and its availability are the responsibility of that provider and of you as the person who connects it — not of us.
By using the app you confirm that you have the right to use the service you connect and that you will use the app in line with the laws that apply to you. We do not monitor, index, store or control what your provider sends to your TV.
3. Licence
What you buy is a licence to use the app on one TV. The licence is tied to that device; if the TV is replaced, contact support. The licence does not include any TV channels, subscriptions or other content.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before payment. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not see or store card details. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital products, it applies until the licence is activated and used — after activation the licence is consumed. If something goes wrong, contact support first: most problems are fixed the same day.
5. Availability and liability
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep the activation service running, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service and we are not responsible for your provider's outages, for content that disappears at your provider, or for your internet connection. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app licence.
6. Use of the app
Do not use the app for anything unlawful, do not try to bypass its activation, and do not resell the licence as if it were content. We may block a device that is used fraudulently or unlawfully.
7. Privacy and contact

2. Kendi hizmetiniz
Uygulamayı kendi sağlayıcınızdan aldığınız bir hizmete bağlarsınız (portal adresi, Xtream hesabı ya da liste). İzlediğiniz her şey o sağlayıcıdan gelir. İçerik, içeriğin yasallığı, hakları, kalitesi ve sürekliliği o sağlayıcının ve bağlantıyı kuran kişi olarak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır; bizim değil.
Uygulamayı kullanarak, bağladığınız hizmeti kullanma hakkınız olduğunu ve uygulamayı size uygulanan yasalara uygun kullanacağınızı kabul edersiniz. Sağlayıcınızın TV'nize gönderdiği yayınları izlemez, dizinlemez, saklamaz ve denetlemeyiz.
3. Lisans
Satın aldığınız şey, uygulamayı bir TV'de kullanma lisansıdır. Lisans o cihaza bağlıdır; TV değişirse destekle iletişime geçin. Lisans hiçbir kanal, abonelik ya da içerik içermez.
4. Ödeme ve iade
Fiyatlar ödemeden önce gösterilir. Ödemeyi ödeme sağlayıcısı alır; kart bilgileriniz bizde tutulmaz. Dijital ürünler için cayma hakkı tanıyan yasalarda bu hak, lisans etkinleştirilip kullanılana kadar geçerlidir; etkinleştirmeden sonra lisans tüketilmiş sayılır. Bir aksilik olursa önce destekle iletişime geçin.
5. Erişilebilirlik ve sorumluluk
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Etkinleştirme hizmetini ayakta tutmak için çalışırız ama kesintisiz hizmet sözü veremeyiz; sağlayıcınızın kesintilerinden, sağlayıcıda kaybolan içerikten ya da internet bağlantınızdan sorumlu değiliz. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde toplam sorumluluğumuz, uygulama lisansı için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
6. Uygulamanın kullanımı
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanmayın, etkinleştirmeyi aşmaya çalışmayın ve lisansı içerikmiş gibi yeniden satmayın. Hileli ya da hukuka aykırı kullanılan cihazı engelleyebiliriz.
