Uygulama nedir?

Veyra Player, Samsung Smart TV için bir medya oynatıcıdır. Uygulama kendi içeriği sunmaz; kullanıcının hizmet sağlayıcısının portalına bağlanarak o portalın yayınlarını oynatır. Oynatılan içerikten ve içeriğin hukuki durumundan portalı sağlayan hizmet sağlayıcısı sorumludur.

Hangi verileri işliyoruz?

• Cihaz kimliği: TV'nin ağ (MAC) adresi, uygulamanın ürettiği cihaz kodu ve TV donanım kimliğinin tek yönlü özeti — cihazın etkinleştirilmesi, lisansın doğrulanması ve yeniden kurulumda aynı TV'nin tanınması için.
• Teknik bilgiler: uygulama sürümü, TV modeli, bağlantı IP adresi ve son bağlantı zamanı — hizmetin çalışması, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, destek ve fiyatların yerel para biriminde gösterilmesi (IP adresinden yalnız ülke çıkarılır; IP Geolocation by DB-IP) için.
• Portal adresi: kullanıcı TV'de bir portal adresi girerse bu adres — bağlantının kurulması için.
• Ödeme kayıtları: etkinleştirme için yapılan ödemenin tutarı, tarihi, süresi ve ödeme numarası. Online ödemede ödemeyi Stripe alır; bize yalnız ödeme sonucu ve ödeme sayfasında girdiğiniz e-posta adresi gelir (kart bilgisi bizde tutulmaz).
• Kullanım koşulları onayı: TV'de ya da ödeme sayfasında koşulların onaylandığı sürüm ve zaman.

Uygulama ad, konum, mikrofon veya kamera verisi toplamaz; izleme geçmişinizi bizim sunucularımızda saklamaz. İzleme tercihleri (favoriler, kaldığınız yer, son izlenenler, ayarlar) yalnızca TV'nin kendi belleğinde saklanır. Bağlandığınız portal kendi gizlilik kurallarına göre veri işleyebilir.

Samsung ana ekranı (son izlenenler)

Samsung TV'nizin ana ekranında uygulama simgesi seçildiğinde son izlediğiniz kanallar ve filmler kart olarak gösterilir. Bu liste TV'de oluşturulur ve TV'de saklanır; Samsung'un ana ekranına TV'nin kendi sistemiyle verilir. Kart görsellerini sunucumuz çizer: bunun için TV, her kart için sunucumuzdan bir görsel ister ve bu istekte yalnız kartta görünecek bilgiler bulunur — kanal ya da film adı, şimdiki programın adı ve saati, izleme ilerlemesi, kanal logosunun ya da afişin adresi ve (sağlayıcı destekliyorsa) yayından tek bir önizleme karesinin adresi. İstekte cihaz kodu, MAC adresi, hesap ya da portal bilgisi bulunmaz; istekler bir cihaza veya kişiye bağlanmaz ve izleme geçmişi olarak kaydedilmez. Çizilen görseller ve indirilen logo/kareler yalnız önbellek olarak en çok 2 gün tutulur, sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Bu özelliği Ayarlar → Samsung ana ekranı → Kapalı ile kapatabilirsiniz; kapalıyken ana ekrana veri verilmez ve görsel istenmez.

Saklama ve paylaşım

Veriler yalnızca hizmetin sunulması amacıyla kullanılır, satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Cihaz kaydı abonelik süresince ve sonrasında yasal yükümlülükler kadar saklanır; talep halinde silinir. Sunucunun teknik erişim kayıtları (IP adresi, istenen adres, zaman) güvenlik ve arıza takibi için en çok 14 gün tutulur ve kendiliğinden silinir.

Privacy Policy (English)

Veyra Player is a media player for Samsung Smart TV. The app does not provide any content of its own; it connects to the portal of the user's service provider and plays that provider's streams. The service provider is responsible for the content and its legal status.

Data controller: Arisa AB, 559061-1868.

Data we process: the TV's network (MAC) address, an app-generated device code and a one-way hash of the TV's hardware ID (activation, licence check, recognising the same TV after reinstalling); app version, TV model, IP address and last connection time (service operation, abuse prevention, support, and showing prices in the local currency — only the country is derived from the IP, IP Geolocation by DB-IP); a portal address if the user enters one; payment records for activation (amount, date, period, payment reference; for online payments Stripe processes the payment and we receive only the result and the e-mail address you enter at checkout — no card data); and the version and time you accepted the terms of use.

The app does not collect names, location, microphone or camera data, and your viewing history is not stored on our servers. Favourites, resume positions, recently watched items and settings are stored only on the TV. Data is used only to provide the service, is never sold or shared for advertising, and is deleted on request. Our server's technical access logs (IP address, requested address, time) are kept for up to 14 days for security and troubleshooting and are then deleted automatically.

Samsung Home screen (recently watched): when the app icon is selected on your Samsung TV's Home screen, your recently watched channels and movies are shown as cards. This list is created and stored on the TV and handed to the Samsung Home screen by the TV's own system. Our server draws the card images: for each card the TV requests an image from our server, and the request contains only what the card shows — the channel or movie name, the current programme title and time, viewing progress, the address of the channel logo or poster and (if the provider supports it) the address of a single preview frame of the stream. The request does not contain the device code, MAC address, account or portal details; requests are not linked to a device or person and are not stored as viewing history. Rendered images and downloaded logos/frames are kept only as a cache for at most 2 days and then deleted automatically. You can turn this off in Settings → Samsung Home screen → Off; when off, no data is given to the Home screen and no images are requested.
