Moving from a MAG box to your Samsung TV
If you watch through a MAG box today, you can move the same account to your Samsung TV. You keep your provider, your channels and your subscription; only the device changes.

Before you start
- Find your MAG box’s MAC address. It is printed on the sticker under the box and shown in the box’s settings.
- Write down the portal address from the box’s portal settings.
Step by step
- Open Veyra Player on the TV and activate it.
- On your phone, open the setup page from the QR code and enter the portal address.
- Choose Another MAC and enter the MAC of your MAG box.
- Save and switch off the MAG box. The TV connects within 20 seconds.
Why switch off the box?
Most providers allow one device at a time per account. If the box and the TV are on at the same time, the portal may block one of them.
Device lock
Some portals lock an account to the first device that signed in. If the TV says the account is linked to another device, ask your provider to reset the device lock for your MAC. Veyra Player prepares the message for you.
